The guys over at Gravity Components sent us over their new AT Series bars, stem and seat post. When Andrew Taylor was asked what color he wanted his signature gear to be, BRIGHT NEON YELLOW was the answer. Well as we bolt ours up to our DJ project bike, we are going to share with you a way you can outfit your bike just like ours. In the theme of Halloween, click the box just above or CLICK HERE and post your Gravity/Halloween inspired riding photo to their comment page to enter.
In the mean time take a look at ours to see what it is you can win. Part of the Gravity Light group, you are sure not going to be missed with these on your bike. Our bars came in 800mm width with cut marks clearly labeled on the ends should you want to cut them down a bit. They had a mild 25mm rise to them and a sweep that so far is very comfortable, and a 31.8 clamping area for the stem. They are made from AL7075/T5 that are triple butted and tapered, so they were nice and light at 273 grams.
The A.T. stem we received was the short 45mm version and is made to fit the bars perfectly. Constructed out of forged and CNC’d AL2014, it weighted only 135 grams on our scale (45mm version). It also comes in a 60mm version as well, which would be a great fit for an All Mtn bike.
To really complete the package they took their Gravity Light seat post featuring the DATA system (dual adjust tilt angle) and painted it in the same matching insanely bright color. Even though the head looks big on this post it hides under the seat and is still rather light at 258 grams. Made from AL2014 quad butted, and has a zero set back. It is available in both 27.2 and 30.9 to fit most frames out there.
